Prospective Patient:
    If you are still in persistent pain and would like to take actions for yourself to improve your life quality before year 2000, you may take this opportunity to make an appointment for a free face-to-face consultation. Dr. Jin Zhou will listen to your medical history, conduct necessary physical examination, and explain to you if he could possibly help you and how much exactly is going to cost you for each treatment as outlined in our Financial Policy in writing.  If you decided not to proceed with any treatment, then everything is for free, if you decided to receive proposed treatments, then you will be charged for treatment received as you authorized in writing.

If you would like to make an appointment for your free consultation on the same day, you may want to call our clinic.  If you would like to set up an appointment after one or two days, you may choose to make this online appointment, by completing this form with three choices of date and time of preferences, we will respond to your request with best possible match of your choices within two business days.
