Free Consultation

This Form is only for general questions, not for confidential and sensitive information.  If you believe your questions involving highly sensitive and confidential information, you are advised to make telephone communication or other secured e-mail communication to PainUSA@aol.com.

If you are still in persistent pain and would like to know whether acupuncture/or chiropractic would possibly benefit you in our three sessions of trial program, but do not want to make an appointment or spent too much time at the present time, you may submit your specific questions with brief medical history, we will provide you with more specific information to help you make your important decisions in your health-care. It's absolutely free for this online consultation.

You may also make an appointment for a free face-to-face consultation.

It's a free consultation on initial visit if Dr. Jin Zhou does not believe you are a candidate for acupuncture and/or chiropractic therapy, no treatment will be recommended. If indicated, a trial program (not free) of three visits will be recommended, you will only continue with more therapies after you experienced noticeable and satisfactory improvement.

After 3 visits, if you do not experience any satisfactory  improvement, you will be advised to stop acupuncture/chiropractic therapy with Dr. Jin Zhou and/or referred to appropriate physicians or specialists of your choice for further evaluation and management of your conditions.

You may email  your questions directly to PainUSA@aol.com.

"We've used acupuncture at the Mayo Pain Clinic since 1974," says Lee A. Nauss, M.D., an emeritus anesthesiologist at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn. "If patients don't respond to the types of treatment that usually work best — medication and nerve blocks — then we consider acupuncture. Often in those circumstances, it is quite beneficial."

Doctors Urged to Bone Up on Alternative Medicine (HealthSCOUT)
"...Some CAM therapies have potential value, Wickenden says, adding that acupuncture is effective for pain relief. "And orthopaedic surgeons may have to drop their hostility to chiropractics," he says. "We need to acknowledge that chiropractors are there, that we both have different concepts of underlying pathologies, and while communication may be difficult, we should at least be more tolerant and accepting of each other."

"Patients are using both of us," he adds.

What to Do: For more CAM information on orthopaedics, visit the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons. And for more information on the use of CAM, visit the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
